Most of the Men are expat workers from Indian subcontinent , allot of single men working.
If you leave them out the ratio is normal with slightly more women than men.

they are very conservative in term of social relation with others. they are their own don't like to mix with others unless there is interests. the only country I would prefer other than Qatar would be Kuwait.

How easy is it to find quraan teachers, talibul ilm or sheikhs etc to learn under?

lol@jamal9. he doesn't led prayers in Kuwait and doesn't live there. it was visit he visited for view day.
my uncle as well my dad teaches somaalis ahkaam tajweed. there is darul quran and many courses for quran and as well one for none Arabic speakers. also easy to be accepted.
