If I knew someone was qablistic and sensitive, it would make sense to attack the women of his qabil. Qablistic people usually hold their women in a higher pedestal. Finally there's a theory that men marry(like) their mothers, so if they only have eyes for women of his qabil, someone like his mom.

Somalis do not have a individualistic society but a collective one. Somalis help and judge one another based on one's clan.
I would personally not feel badly offended because i dont generalize, there is a good and bad apple in every people.

Are you guys aware that this external factor (women) can adversely effect your pride? And that this is completely arbitrary and has nothing to do w/ your intrinsic qualities as a man?

Lillaahiya, it doesn't affect my pride though. You are only losing the war of words until you come up with something similar or more devastating. It is part of being Somali, you are all guilty of someone else's fuck up.

Yes I admit if someone insulted a female clan member of mine, I would feel ways, it's just something inbuilt in me that I can't explain. Maybe it goes back to the days when we were nomads.
