OD, in answer to Murax's question, when an anarchic mobocracy tries to mould itself into a country by adopting a federal system of governance in which an almost non-existent governments authority and power is dispersed to every town, village and hamlet, forget about weakness,
it's a blueprint for the said government to stay dead

Aside from corruption, federalism is responsible for pretty much everything else. The overlapping of jurisdictions, policy failures, lack of military coordination. You know, that I know, that you know that's the case OD
