Do you know if Djibouti unites with SL, it will end up to be just one province of SL?
I don't think Djiboutians would want to be ruled from Hargeisa.

Djibouti makes more money then Sland and has more presence on the world stage, a recognized currency, a more developed army, and better economy, and Djiboutians make Sland every summer to escape the hot season. Sland is Djiboutis backyard, they would be better run by Djibouti City ( once we sack geele of course) Imagine a united waaqoyi, how can you be against that? Djibouti squuezes every last penny out of ethiopia for shipping deals while sland bends over, you need our backbone.

Djibouti=afar&issa not just a somali country!

There were three referendums in djibouti. just like in algerie who has both arabs and berbers where the official language language is the french language, the french have used the afars who rejected the independence in 61 to prevent it from joining somalia, than another one was held in the late 60s and after the name of the country was changed from a french somaliland to the territory of afar ans issa, and after adopting the french language as the official language, in the third referendum in 1977 the afars have voted for independence!

Thus, the somali neighboring tribes in the north though culturally have more in common with eachother they are not politically the same, the only thing that can matter is to stay away from the politics and let the normal people who have common culture to live in anyside they like.

Djibouti who is much smaller than hiiraan looks great comparing to its size and unproductive land thanks to its strategical location and being a sea gate for the landlocked ethiopia.

Its president is in his way to the white house to discuss about the horn security and somalia the new djiboutian role!.

First of all i have never ever in my years with dir brothers (ciise and Gbuursi) ever seen anyone claim isaaq as part of dir.
