The Hawd was the Isaaq part of somaligalbeed and the Reserve area is Jigjiga and what lays north of it, historically jigjiga was never part of so called ogaadeenia. The gedabursi, habar awal, arab and jidwaaq all are within jigjiga district its a tragedy that today its given to the ogaadeen who never setteled it

You can believe your cagdheer mafrish gossip but according to the strict definition of Hawd in this context is the area grazed by the protectorate clans that is to say somaliland clans and that area is limited to the east by Wardheer and to the west by Awaare and this stretch of land was majority isaaq with the exception of Dhulos in Danood district of Wardher.

Now the Reserve area is defined as the area around jigjiga be it north, west or east and these areas were majority habar awal, gedabursi and arab and ofcourse jidwaaq but the later is too minor and small and also is never part of the protectorate clans so this agreement never included them beacuse they were regarded as ethiopian clan and they are not included land wise into the term Reserve area.
