Don't be surprised because you have a geriatric man as the Ambassador who at his age should be in a nursing home. The entire foreign ministry is full of incompetent idiots. I went to a seminar on Somalia and heard a Minister of the TFG speak and I felt like hiding under the table. He was off point, dramatic and wildly exaggerated Somalia's problems.
