SL and PL both received aid on behalf of SSC. UNDP, UNICEF, WHO, WFP etc, whether its MCH's or medicine, food, development projects like building schools, just like every other region Cayn/Buuhoodle is allotted projects. Since there are no regional offices for International NGO's in the SSC regions because both admins warn them of security risks and our share is given to Hargeisa and Garowe. I once had a chat with a gentleman from UNDP who said the new regions in SL like Oodweyne, Baligubudle, and Saraar are supplemented with aid projects meant for SSC because they can't generate as much revenue as other regions, and its hard to follow-up because there are no regional offices in SSC. Guys like Cadami and Xaglotoosiye demand their share, while losers like Xaabsade simply do not care.

Two men do not represent reer Haggar. You guys counter threats to Buuhoodle from Cali Geri politicians who support PL and SL. Garaad Cabdillahi and Caaqil Xaaji Cumar Camay are compliant, they are fine with him bringing development projects, even though Khaatumo will be embarrassed in the process. They will never admit it though, if Xaglotoosiye assembles a milita which is his main goal then it will be dangerous for Buuhoodle, do you know he receives the salaries and maintenance for 200 askaris every month from Somaliland, that $25,000 a month SL needs a reer Buuhoodle militia, then they will attempt to capture Buuhoodle. Remember SL's attack on Buuhoodle well it only happened because that Wacays Aden guy Curi with a militia of 150 men were leading the charge, however he switched side and attacked SL the same day Its the same strategy employed in Laascaanood Xaabsade, Cali Sandule etc successfully collected militias from Laaska to give SL support from deegaanka. No dhulbahante town can be captured without a Dhulbahante militia leading the way, it gives SL false legitimacy.

garad13 must be joking there is no way xaglotoosiye recieves the salary of all those supposedly unknown poor soldiers its morally and ethically wrong, lets talk about the reality not some kind of kutirikuteen you have no proove for that. even ali sandule and his comrades never received that amount of salary for themselves, althought they worked very hard to bring law and order in lasanod. since 2007 no demonstrations happened in las,anod, it has non dhuloos governor,non dhuloos police cheif and other non dhuloos high ranked security offcials. this have never happened in burao where 1person died for just the replacement of HY regional police cheif! !! i mean las,anod is way ahead of burao interms of law and order, and they pay tax celebrate 18 may (low level) , vote elections every thing. those men worked very hard and they finally brought their garaad
