Low electrolytes levels.
Too much calcium not enough potassium.
Increase hydration.
Start exercising.
Reduce anxiety by addressing the point.

I got my gym card back today, the best way to strengthen the heart for future back up when I get older is cardiovascular exercises. I will also book
my GP appointment tomorrow inshallah.

Whenever I go to the mosque those symptoms seem to disappear, I feel like at peace. Being close to Allah definitely helps.

Taking fadhikudirer sessions too seriously, may be another, often overlooked, major contributing factor for heart disease among Skinnies. This could indeed prove just as dangerous, if not more so, as smoking, lack of exercise or even, the immoderate consumption of fatty goat/lamb meats, the so called laxmuxalaal addiction, a perennial peculiarity of ours for generations.

To the OP: I hope and pray, this turns out to be nothing serious.

Hydro, unfortunately, we are not all as skilled as you in the Queen's proper English grammar. For those of us whose only exposure to the English language is negligible at best, we need not to give rats ass where the commas or other punctuations, for that matter, fall.

Nah dude. Gym is better than a woman atm :up: .The good news is ahamdullilah I feel much better, got on the treadmill for 20 minutes. The heart is
a muscle the more you train it the stronger it is. I feel like I got rid of a lot of dirt. From now on I shall continue my gym schedule inshallah.
