Nah that is not Hobyo, I also don't think it is Berbera it has black beach due to iron ore. Agreed though there is a lot of unexplored Somali
beaches.

I was right. 1. Berbera has dark blue water not crystal blue, 2.Its beaches don't look like that. Google links can be misleading at times,
it is better to use better reliable sources.

In order a beach to be a beautiful, it should have white sand beach and tropical bluish turquoise water. Very few places in Somalia have these kind of beaches. Located only in some parts of Banaadir, J/hoose, Sh/hoose and Sh/hoose.
Mudug beaches have beautiful water but the sand is light brownish yellow.

You forgot the scenery surrounding it plays a role in it as well. Maydh of Sanaag has most of it, scenery(mountains in the background), crystal blue water &
a nice beach. Reminds me of Rio De Janeiro.
