I say to Dhulbahante stop letting your Garads dictate your political future. The whole problem facing Dhulbahante today is the following of Garads. The Garads should be made powerless and the people should select qualified leaders. The Garad should be brought out only when qabil matters are being discussed otherwise they should ignore them. This strong following of Garads is not a good thing, I say let the people chose their leaders and make the Garads ceremonial.

there names are president abdiweli mohamed ali gaas and vice president baabul xaaji abdullahi xaaji cumar camay

there are three subclans within the dhulos that individually or collectively dictate where the dhulos go.
the ahmed garaad, the jaamac siyaad and the ugaadhyahan, the rest don't really matter.

i agree somehow but puntland rules none of them mr hussein, in contrast somaliland rules
1. the entire jaamac siyaad (lasanod, yagoori, guumays holhol ) you name it. no jamac siyad town is out side of the republic rule
2. all ugaadhyahan towns such as (ceerigaabo, xudun, fiqifuliye etc) are under somaliland control except taleex (khaatumo) .
3. axmed garaad (here is where we fail) fortunately its just buhoodle that we are strugling to put under control, but the rest of other garaads such of guuleed garad (barkad) and mahamed garaad or bah-ararsame towns ( widhwidh, kalabaydh) are somaliland controled, last time cali khaliif and the bahararsame garaad were tabliiqing between kalabaydh and saaxdheer 70km south east of lasanood the army chased them out of somaliland to the ethiopian side, have you seen CALI BILLE cartoon

somaliland is the boss on the ground, khaatumo is the boss in the diaspora (garoobtaa u dhega nugul) and putland talks but has nothing to talk about other than HARTE HARTE HARTE, DAROOD DAROOD DAROOD BLA BLA BLAAAAAAA, by the way silaanyo and his VP were directly elected from both the above two groups towns, people voted for them democraticaly , cant we say they chose their leaders already kkkkkkkk who elected mr cabdiweli and his deputy governor? ?

So you think these three sub clans support PL? Ahmed Garaad have most of their degaans across the border thus can only dictate what happens in the Buhoodle district and most of them support Khaatumo despite having a few mercenaries among them (Baabul, Xaglotoosiye, Cismaan Garad Soofe). The Ugaadhyahan Garaad was the one who named all the Dhulbahante mps for PL yet he met with SL officials just the other week so they are in a limbo between SL and Khaatumo. As for Jama Siyaad, I think we all know where they stand but it it funny how you left out Bahararsame/Maxamed Garaad who are arguably the most influential DH sub clan. Everyone knows that Garaad Jama Garad Ali is the supreme DH Garaad, cabaadka iyo nacnada badan naga jooji.HusseinHassan wrote:they chose their leaders already.thegoodshepherd wrote:I say to Dhulbahante stop letting your Garads dictate your political future. It is better if you accepted that beesha DH do not want to be a part of PL. You should worry about the Warsangeli who recently declared that being part of PL is not in their best interests.
