The man is only weighing his option's, bear in mind the children will need a mother one way or the other.

It could just be that he needs a healthy wife.AbdiJohnson wrote:Exhibit BsaacJabshee wrote:Whats he supposed to do marka? stay with her forever? Cancer is one of those illness that can last years. Unless she wants to compromise and let him have a second wife.

Dude, re-marrying and flying off on a honeymoon weeks after your spouse and mother of your children was diagnosed with cancer isn't exactly the most humane exhibition of concern...
Marriage is not something you should take lightly. How would you feel if this was your mom and your dad did this?saacJabshee wrote:It could just be that he needs a healthy wife.AbdiJohnson wrote:Exhibit BsaacJabshee wrote:Whats he supposed to do marka? stay with her forever? BTW I'm not taking the mick.
I thought Somali men were more kind to their women, but i think religion and culture led to his cruel and heartless dissition.original dervish wrote:Without giving away the identities of the persons concerned....the situation is thus.
Wife receives the terrible news that she has breast cancer.
Understandably, she is devastated and is in emotional turmoil.
Arguments abound...as husband regularly chats up local Somali's.
Husband divorces wife...a few weeks later he announces marriage.
wife has breakdown can't manage kids, social get involved... former husband on honeymoon.
This is more or less a true situation..My question is, " Why are we Somali's so callous"?
I'm not just referring to these deplorable events...but generally....Somali's act with total disregard to anybody around them, family, friends or otherwise.
Surely a clue to our lamentable position in the world can be traced back to such apathy.
