I'm sorry bro , I guess you have no idea the level of energy intensity such a complex would require. A small cement factory say a 10 MW plant would require you to build one of the largest solar powerplants in the world. The cement industry is one of the most energy intensive things humans can do. for example: 15% of Iran's total energy production goes into the cement sector. All in all it would economically unfeasible to have a cement plant run on solar.

Nice try dhaboyaco but there are panels now that produce an average of 5MW. A whole batch of them would be more than enough energy requirements. It would be expensive but doable, especially with Berbera's weather. I know the progress of somalis hurts your soul.

Bro there are no panels that big. A 10 MW solar power plant requires around 33,000 to 36,000 panels. So that is about 17,000 panels for 5 MW. I would love to see the 5MW panel .
