why are sunnis so violent

how do i know if i am sunni or shia? whats the difference? both groups believe 5 pillars of the islam, even when i was back home i used to do QASIIDO with the timaweyn aka (ahlu suna waljameeca), and next day pray with sheekh mustafa and listen his khudbas no ptoblems at all. shia beleives only mohamed offsprings should have led the the muslims after the prophet died, while the sunni beleives omar is and was right to lead the muslim umah, thats political difference its just like who is the best candidate for kulmiye muuse or silaanyo? does that make shia infidels?

i havent seen one shia. If there was shia, i would be the first and only shiici but i repented and asked Allah swt to forgive me, i no longer prefer Ali ibn abi talib(a.s) above Shaykhain Abu Bakr Siddiq Umar ibn al khattab and Uthman(aleyhuma salaam).

I had this discussion with my boss once. He's from Iraq. He said that SHias in Iraq believe that Aisha was a prostitute and curse her. They believe the incident when she got lost in the desert and a man helped her find the group that she had committed zina with that man and Nabi Mohammed sallahu alahi wa salam didnt speak until he received the revelation from Allah that she was innnocent. So they accuse her of adultery and some even go as far as saying one of her children is the product of that affair. Subhanallah.

Another argument against her, why they dont like her was that she led a battle against their imaans.

furthermore, they curse a lot of sahabas, such as Abubakr..go the Shia chats ull find their beliefs.

there are many reasons.. but one reason is that Abu Bakr hurt Bibi Fatima (as), it was about Fadak. and this incident is also quoted in Sahih Bukhari. So how can we love those who hurt Ahl-e-Bait (as) ? and Bibi Fatima (as) never forgive him.

We do have a huge problem, i really wish our Ahl As Sunnah leaders could be more vocal about it. There are a few minority sects within Sunnism that give Sunnis i.e mainstream Muslims a.k.a the majority a really bad name.

The psychotic hatred of Shias has to stop!! This is the root of the whole thing. Troublesome sects must be condemned by ijmaac (consensus) and cast out altogether.

Wallahi i felt so sorry for my Shia friend. He is so ashamed to admit that he is Shia because sunnis keep shouting him down. Now we don't talk about muslim affairs as it causes division. The problem is that Sunni think they are automatically right and Shia is misguided but that is up to Allah.

the problem is that violence is a solution to everything with sunnis. They will declare jihd on the toilet if they are constipated.

Iraq is Shia majority, yet sunnis are causing anarchy. Saddam targated Shia. Bahrain is Shia but Sunni Saudis keep Sunni family in power.

The prophet said a group will arise that will exit Islam the way a arrow exits it's target, he says their sign will be that they will spare the mushrikeen and kafireen while they kill muslims.

Open your eyes people, the prophet didn't call himself a sunni, nor did Allah give us secterian names in the Qur'an, what is required from us is to obey Allah, obey his messenger, live by the Qur'an, and follow the sunnah.
