Yes, maxaan kuugu faani waayay in shirkadaha caalamiga daneyneyso in ay dalkeyga dhisaan ayna maalgashtaan. Mustaqablka wanaagsan ee koonfurta Soomaliya ayay ififaalo u tahay sxb Something you kin have not been able to do, even though you have been enjoying relative peace for over 2 decades ,free from foreign interventions unlike Somalia. Your clans are building roads in 2014, something that belongs to a state to handle it. That's how hopeless your country is.
Fiiri sxb, koonfurta soomaliya cuquubo rabbaani ayaa nagu dhacday. Stop comparing yourself to a country which has been in over 2 decades of civil war. Compare yourself to Eritrea, a state same age as yours and realize how little you have progressed. Allaa idiin maqan.

These Hutus are weak, desperate and delusional. They think some little firm makes the shots when Kenya stole half of these "petrol" and West inked it for them.

Kulaha West is fleeing Kenya

After they get owned and failed to provide anything beyond their delusional heads they declared; "topic closed".

If you don't want me on you, don't come in here with silly kitchen talk.

The government of Somalia is just another proxy-controlled state with it's HQ @ Washington and New York, nothing independent nor commendable there.

Some are out dated or swimming against the current and dont know the world political connections!

" The legal and constitutional discrepancies in respect of oil licensing throughout Somalia have opened the door for potential conflicts between the Federal Government of Somalia and regional authorities, and between regional authorities themselves."
UN

A petroleum law that has not yet been adopted by Somalia's parliament, but is being invoked by federal officials in the capital Mogadishu, says the central government can distribute natural resources.

Ninyow you seem to naively think that throwing fancy phrases like _ world political connections_ will somehow turn your laughable claims into something we can take serious.

Iga dhaaf warka bilaa macniga ah and other irreverent things and tell me how the federal gov of Somalia and its supposed petroleum laws can stop private oil companies from investing in Somaliland if they wish so?

Do you honestly think that the UN security council will pass an article saying no company can invest anywhere in Somalia unless it complies with the federal governments rules?
Are you not aware that oil companies that do not have licence from the Iraqi government do invest in Kurdistan in defiance of the Baghdad government?
Do you think international law can be used against the private investment going anywhere in the world? You seem to misunderstand how the world works and the sad part is you are cocky with your misunderstanding.

Sahal sxb let me explain to you the only negative effect of the report by the so called UN monitoring group, you seem to be excited, can have on Somaliland's petroleum exploration activities. Those companies tend to desire to be seen as ethical companies that does not cause problems in the poor counties and regions they operate. So this report which by the way is easily falsifiable, attaches immorality to their activities in Somaliland but if they wish to go ahead with their activities as they are already doing in SL, no international law exists that can be used against them.

Sahal-

Honestly if anyone has been emotional, it is you. From the very first response you gave to him, you were in fact emotional and unable to answer the guy's serious observation of what you said.

It's like you don't know how to debate or defend your ideas properly.

Sxb he played negative/insulting images to score his point, that's a weakness and pure emotions. Can he debate in a rational way? I don't think so. On the other hand I wasnt belittling his world or doing insults that are equivalent of his snet populaire terms!.

Hope you get it.!

Surprisingly.... I find myself agreeing with Sahal on this one vis-a-vis the petroleum law.
No international company can proceed to exploit Somali resources without the consent of the SFG.

If they do, they leave themselves open to legal action in the international courts.
Bizarrely this benefits Khaatumo....who have seen both s/l & p/l selling the rights to our ancestral lands.

There is no khatumo. It does not govern anything. How do people who appear rational enter the world of fantasy and come back out again?
