Well obviously the US troops r half of djibouti population why wouldnt obama meet guelleh, djibouti is another us state.
Siilanyo runtii us a great man, doesnt need gaalos welcoming him when his ppl wekcome him with open arms and doesnt require protection,
indeed ya booty and the grand somaliland are no where near each other on many levels.
