nigis vs health & safety, same as bra vs heath & safety. I've never seen men's or women's deaths attributed to this.

I sleep with boxers now, but when I get married I'll switch to just macawiis.

It depends. When I am in Europe I sleep with boxers, pyjamas, when in UAE/Somaliland macawiis.
