What caano dhanaan oo milixeysan are we talking about? When camel milk has "xoor" it means fresh milk, directly from the animal. There is no dhanaan or milx involved.
After a day or so the milk changes into "suusac" "Maydhanaan" etc camel milk can stay long time the texture and the taste changes..No one adds salt.

I didn't say salt was added, but from my short time in the homeland, when I was very strongly urged (forced) to taste it, it tasted very dhanaan. Admittedly it didn't have xoor as it was bottled as was being sold in the market (centre of Hargeisa). It reinforced my opinion that it doesn't taste good at all. Now I can't shake it off.
