The 2014 Budget is more than double that of 2013 rising from $114.3 million in 2013 to $221 million,so lets count the Budget Somalia will have in the coming year;

$221M (from Xamar only) + $360M (from airspace)= $581 Million will be 2015 SFG's Budget

but all in all bear in mind other regions have not contributed yet, and once they do Somalia will be prosperous and financially independent from foreign aid!

Sahal, you are little clueless about the issue sxb. On average there are about 250 to 300 planes that enters the Somali air a day. They charge about &600 per plane which makes the average monthly revenue about 5 million dollars not the ridiculous 30 million figure.

Never take Sahal and his bluffing serious. The guy likes to proclaim himself as an analyst but he doesn't even know the basics about the region. He is highly emotional and very idealist. I found out the real figures but will not disclose them, however I have mentioned them before in some old thread

This one was based on somali reports. I went stright to the UN figures!.

Having said that, there are different air revenues such as the airport service so it depends how much flights that can land for service, there are water service so together it can be a good revenue.

Somali govt is about receive a very advanced radaar equipments from italy.

its quite funny how this minister and others in the sfg are more focused on how they can get one up on somaliland then focusing on how to help their country. but remember you use our airports and airspace when on transit to and from the middle east and asia we dont use yours. so we can make things very difficult for you. and we have warned the u.n the repercussions any decision like this would have on a sensitive issue without a settlement. i think somaliland is asking form their own f.i.r flight information region.

Navigation charges. The international aviation organization currently transfers the money to the UN

UN owes to somalia a lot of unknown millions and has agreed to give it back to the SFG

Once the govt finally controlls the airspase the international organization will transfer the money to the govt

It will be a national income so they will send each region her share.
