The fact that Israel is still bombing Palestine can be blamed on other Arabs who chose to sit idly and feed their calools. You're telling me 300 million Arabs can't stand up to 8 million Israelis? Give me a break
When they want to beat around the bush they use this self inflicted card, they wouldn't care if 1 millions somalis would die at the hands of xabashis in Ogadenia as much as one million palestine would die in west bank. Time to stop using the self inflicted card and admit that they are theon greyjoy/reek at the hands of Arabs.
There are 12 countries in OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries); 7 of which are Arab nations (didn't include Iran). If they really cared about the plight of their Palestinian brothers, they would stop selling oil to the Americans like what they did in 1973, causing America to force Israel to back off. These guys were blessed with such a vital commodity but they'd rather sit on the laps of their enemies...

Its fun to bash on the Cadaans and the Powerful Americans. If u look at it-- These idiotic Somalis are not supporting Palestines---but supporting this rebellious idea of being anti big empire Israel or America. Even though most of them are being hosted as refugees-- people like gurey25 who bash anything about America!

It's sad when a somali cares more about them then they care about their own. Reminds me about slavery in the US where the house nigger cares about the wellbeing of massa more then massa himself.

I feel for Palestine, I really do. What's happening to them is unjustifiable...but the deferential pietism for peace and sensitivity a lot of the Somalis display in regards to Palestine and other Middle Eastern stages of conflict is astonishing. If the media aired death and destruction in CAR and Burma for a week, it would be a different story. What's disturbing is the fact that people seem oblivious to, much less disturbed by the extraordinary sway the media has on their emotions.

I'm not the only one then. The media is truly a powerful instrument. Aljazeera just spent half an hour talking about one single house that was shelled. That's why I don't watch the news anymore.

Palestine has higher HDI than most African nations. If the Arabs wanted, they could liberate Palestine but they don't want to.
