When they say mudug, its the southern part. North is not up for discussion.

The whole of Mudug (not just 3/4 but 100%) will join Galgadud to form Central state. I know this because I know a lot of Mjs were upset with what has been signed today.

Already HG (Sacad, Sarur, Saleebaan) settle in 60% of Mudug, 15% by Mjs and and 10% Dir 5% Leelkase, 5% Abgaal, 5% by Merehan
