Do you think the government forces are only in Mogadishu? From Gedo to Bakool to Hiiraan to Bay there are government forces. If Somali government armies wants to invade Puntland they can use the government forces in Galgaduud and Mudug specifically ciidamada qeybta 21AAD.

It's wishful folly to think that Puntland would cede Northern Mudug to another federal state. It's all about rattling Puntland in order for them to accept an amending of the constitution since it would be in their best interest now. The only reason they were adamant that the constitution not be altered was because they might have flirted with the idea of incorporating Southern Mudug but that clearly won't happen now. They were always the only obstacle to adopting a new amendment regarding the assemblage of a federal state.

You are making out that Puntland wrote the constitution. It weren't Puntland that suggested the two region requirement. This whole process has nothing to do with rattling Puntland. If the government wants to alter the constitution they can do so. You are making out that Puntland owns the constitution.

This whole federal formation is a sincere process for the vision 2016. Since Somalia adopted the federal system it is time for the government to finalise it. The only time people can reject federalism is during the public vote for their constitution.

Well I got news for you dhabacyo's, you either come under the rule of the Somali government or you will forever remain a shithole. Djibouti is a recongised country and a multi-ethnic population. Whereas Puntland is not a recognised country and therefore when the federalism is finalised, no foreign investment can occur in Puntland without the consent of the Somali government.

I never denied that Puntland is an integral part of the country. But they are not the owners of Somalia they are citizens just like the rest of Somalis. They have to follow the rules just like the rest of Somalis.

Nothing ridiculous of the Galgaduud and Mudug formation, what is ridiculous is people breaking the rules. Puntland has to accept that whole of Mudug is part of this federal state.
