What i find most annoying about the supporters of this operation are the attempts to justify the invasion by setting the boundaries for the conflict as recent as several months ago; when its clear to anyone to see this conflict in context you would have to take atleast the past 8 years into account (etc air and sea siege, consturcting settlements, periodic imprisonment, checkpoints). By setting the threshold to when teens were killed or not providing a situational analysis of the condition and state of both belligerents when at war is notable, this misinformation allows them to spin hamas into the aggressor. Instead off owning up and accepting Israel's crimes and their own moral inferiority they instead spin the situation so that the context is altered. A flimsy propaganda tactic, but with the access to so much information online the average person has no excuse to fall for it.
