Walahi xalimos are hilarious.

Let's face it some people just can't shed that extra baruur no matter what.
Eat all the salad you want and climb as many as treadmill machines as you like but all that will be undone by one lousy date.

Who do you do it for? Not for you for sure.

The only thing real is your love handle yarey... :pac:

I feel sorry for the girls. Guys who want to stay fit (especially skinny Faaraxs like myself) just need to avoid certain foods. That doesn't stop us from eating like a pig when it comes to healthy food though (grilled chicken, eggs etc anything with good protein). Trying to get slim and/or stay slim is never fun.

Yeah I envy you Faraxs, I knew a fat Farax one day he decided to get fit and the fat melted right off of him all he did was play football. He didn't have to eat like a rabbit. The coming weeks my plan is to portion control and eat like a rabbit ..one I see some changes i'll introduce a cheat day so I don't feel like I am depriving myself Insha'Allah.

Fat is generally harder for women to lose, as for men our bodies don't need as much excess weight so if we catabolize it and burn it, it melts off instantly. Miss Bonita it's good for you in the long term so think about eating like a rabbit for the rest of your life, :MJ:

J Those are some pretty good tips thanks ... especially the picture of a supermodel ill post one on my talaagad.

Smile that's what I am trying to avoid desperately. Pray for a sistah.
Females giving dangerous advice to other females...talking about cut off the carbs. Carbs are needed for healthy metabolic function, sudden cutting is dangerous.

That will result in severe metabolic damage and issues where her metabolism will slow down so fast resulting in her gaining so much weight back as soon as she goes back to an acceptable diet.

You do not "cut out carbs", you reduce carb intake only to bring down your total calorie intake to a point that is needed to lose weight healthily.

Imagine you need 1700 calories to slowly lose weight.

70g protein x 4 = 280 calories
80g fats x 9 = 720 calories

Total = 1000 calories

1700 - 1000 = 700 calories from carbs

700/4 = 175g carbs is what youll need to eat plus to those other requirements to have a healthy weightloss.

Then what you will do is eat at 1500 calories for 6 days and then have 2900 on the sunday for an average of 1700 calories per day. This will keep you sane and allow yourself to treat yourself at the end of the week as a goal finisher.

The only sensible advice in this thread, rest is Nayascience. Intermitting fasting might also be something you'd want to look into. At the end of the day genetics and hormones cause uneven fat accumulation, so theres really nothing you can do to target that stomach fat. You just have to find what works best for you to lower your body fat %.
