Most likely scenario:
one federal state (SOUH MUDUG IS NOT A GOBOL) Middle shebelle, Hiraan, Galgadud, southern mudug will become the central state.

First of All Sh/hoose is under the hands of Sh/state, and D&M won't power there asses in unless the gov't fights for them which they won't. on the other hand HG will power there asses in on North mudug..
but in the meantime, there is also no guarantee that this gov't would last that long or past 2016 elections.

No. I can't tell about such thing. Puntland position is clear and will always stick to northern mudug but the central group having the legitimacy and behind them the govt are planning to include other northern groups so just like mp hosh said I expect to see some situation that's similar to khatumo situation or the ssc situation where they are part of the two admins.
They need the whole mudug for legality but the political position will keep saying we aint damaging PL.
