High quality of life doesn't come from the heavens. It's achieved through hard work and industry. If you want to flee a peaceful country it's up to you. But don't expect sympathy when you waste 10s of thousands of dollars to either die in the deserts or drown or work as slaves in Libya.

The government is supposed to empower the people and offer them meaningful employment but ofcourse they are incompetent and corrupt. 95% of the youth are outside just walking around reliant on money transfer that will barely feed and shelter them. They have no choice but to flee

The amison backed government and tribal fiefdoms don't want to highlight this issue as it exposes their complete uselessness and corruption. It's easy for me to say they should invest back home, they must have thought about it before they decided to flee and have their own reasons. Also industry is not brought by the people, its the government that has to make the first move by funding industries whatever that may be. It's unrealistic to expect people to bring or create an industry. I just laugh when I see tribal fiefdom leaders cutting ribbons at coca-cola factories and such lol, acting like they are lifting millions out of poverty.

Because they are lazy in my opinion, I went back home before, I used to ask why don't you do something about all this corruption i only got B.S answers. Plus most of them have family random cousins and shit in the corrupt government so they are mostly brainwashed.

They need a leader someone to look up to, like a Malcolm X tbh. If they put 12% of their energy into holding leaders accountable instead of doing tahriib,chewing jaad and going on paltalk, they can make big changes.
