Bro.....that wasn't a near death experience. You underwent sleep paralysis :dead:
It's a condition when your conscious wakes up during REM stages of sleep. Sometimes if the victim is
awake long enough during this stage, they start to get hallucinations (i saw a large hand shadow behind my window curtain
during the day ). That's why you're unable to wake cuz your body still thinks you're undergoing sleep so you can't make large movements.

This is usually due to lack of sleep and LARGE amounts of stress. Back in the day (and even today) Somalis contribute this ailment to a Jinn sitting on your chest and messing with you :damn:

What's troubling you sxb :smugruss:

Armaan,
Chill out man; 95% of chest pains are harmless and are mostly related to minor issues such as heartburn. Based on your information, you are fine dude...Go smoke some weed and relax....Still go to your appointment just to make sure...Years ago when I was in college I worked as a interpreter and translator sometimes, and you can't imagine how many times I interpreted for Maryooley claiming to be having chest pains and when doctors ask them what the last thing they ate, most of them would mention basbaas or other spicy items

I got my results back in today, turns out it's an inflammation of the chest cartilage mainly do to physical strains, and goes away on it's own in a couple weeks. Taking a break from #beastmode at least for a while. God's good :blessed:

Armaan how old are you , chest pain can mean allot of things it can be stress, it can mean some sort of lung infection. If your chest hurts real bad i mean real bad it can be lung tumor. But its not most of the time because lung tumor happen on people above 40 mostly. It could be a muscle pain to. Qufac badan mu ka hayaa

I had an infection called vertigo once. Basically, ur head feels like it is spinning around and when you walk it feels like the ground is moving.antiobiotics stopped working after a while. I started getting heart palpitations due to the stress of it, causing me to have a panic attack whilst I was walking one day. I literally couldnt move andI thought I was going to die in the park.doctors sent me for brain scans, but they found nothing and eventually it went away.

Damn, Vertigo sucks...Why didn't the do particle repositioning movements( Canalith repositioning),they do some specific head movements that make those loose crystals (canaliths) within the inner ear to move, very effective, unless the vertigo was caused by swelling of the inner ear.

It was inner ear.funny thing, I went to three different doctors and they all took the piss, including the ae.one african doctor told me I had high blood pressure.the next one said it was normal.the last one said it was probably due to stress or history of family headaches.i was ill for a whole week, no medication.when I went back I knew what was wrong with me thanks to doctor google.
