It's called Amoud, at least spell it right, and they are linked with British Universities, they send over professors and stuff to amoud and students from those British universities come over and share knowledge.
I'm talking about when I toured Amoud personally that's what I saw and heard.

Whether or not you want to remain ignorant, is not my problem.
