SL cant sign billion dollar investment with the Chinese government because its not recognized , SL should be recognized and Somalia should be peaceful an than we are on the same level ,and than we will see who builds more, seems fair maha.

There are many regions in the world that are not recognised that have developed their land extremely. Not all regions are like Somaliland that waste their money and time on khat and mala yacni stuff.

You cant compare Asians to Africans Asians are more productive more innovative , name one country in Africa that is unrecognized and is better than Somaliland?

Ethiopia is poor for two reasons:

1. Small elites not sharing wealth with the wider population & corruption
2. Large population to take care of.


They can't change reason 2, but if they fix reason 1 it will make a big difference.

Also being patriotic is not a big deal. Patriotism isn't what develops a country, what develops a country is hard-working people that are intelligent and that know the importance of life, peace and teamwork.

Somaliland is part of Somalia and the trouble in the South has a bad influence on them.

Formal legality is blocking you and because u need to have recognized credentials and the SL government banking system needs to assure the the Chinese bankers , we can only bring European Oil firms from Europe because of the SL development corporations funded and using the British government legal network.
But we cant deal with the Chinese communist state.

Somaliland legally since the act of union was never ratified was never part of Somalia but part of the Somali republic unofficially

Oromia is run by Ethiopia Somaliland is run by Somaliland government, but the SL govt has limited access tot he international world.

Somalia and Somaliland never shared a country prior 1960 and were never one state even before 1884 the 2 never shared nothing other than a language. Legally and from a historic point of view the Ajuran ruled parts of the NFD and has more claim to claim Kenyan territories. Than Somalia has claim over Somaliland.
