There are ongoing plans that Amisom troops will be deployed to Bari and Nugal regions in Puntland. This is not a one side plan but Abdiwali Gas, the president of Puntland, is also working with IGAD and the Somali goverment for the best machanism of deploying Amisom troops to Puntland. Amisom will take care of the all ariports and sea ports in Puntland. All the sea ports and airports in Somali will be directly controlled by the Somali goverment and federal state will take their share of money.
