I don't teach no Landers about history. I regard myself as an Isaac reformist but who speaks as a Hawdian and from his own will and mind. I just don't go with the masses for the sake of just following.

Many Isaacs have issues with the past but I am not one of them. The past is behind us and Siad Barre is long gone (AUN). You will hardly see me mention any of those events. I don't believe in drumming up things using the past. That is not healthy. I believe in healthy forward reforms.

He was just above the regular Somali leader of 19th century to this day.

Siad Barre made mistakes and turned the whole nation into tribal fiefdom in his last years as a desperate divide and rule measure but from the get go, Barre had a mission.

He did a lot of things and often saw beyond Qabil. He tiredly invested in Mogadishu purely because it was the "nation's capital" and he wanted foreign diplomats and sources to be amazed with his capital. He got that idea wrong and focused on one spot. Mogadishu was not even Marehan territory. His Gedo and Abudwaq remain the least developed to this day showing you that the nigga was partisan in his game.
