Yuulka has the absolute backing of Puntland. He is there to represent beesha and has done so outstandingly.
HSM has managed to totally antagonize a man who will be central in Somali politics for the foreseeable future. Yuulka will go to Kismayo if the motion successeeds.
In 2016 Yuulka is either: 1- The next president of Somalia or 2- The next president of Jubaland. Mark my words.
