If a man and a woman are compatible as friends that is Chemistry in my book and dangerous territory in my opinion. Personally, if I am married or in a relationship, I do not believe in fraternising with members of the opposite sex because I think men and women should not interact on a personal level unless they are family or in a work environment.

It's part of that loyalty. You want what's best for him right? Well he got married and it's in his best interest to have a healthy and happy marriage. Why be the cause of any sort of conflict or even plant the slightest bit of doubt in his wife?
I'm not saying never talk to the guy again, it just comes down to not rocking their boat.
