yeah its a plan but they already covered the most important places. such as Egal, berbera port and airport,wajaale, saylac, lasanod. and some other areas. i am not sure what other devices they have except the one we see on the pics. Ps.screening or checking a persons temperature, which is all that is happening in the pic, only helps if the person is in advanced stages of developing a fever.two people already passed through us airports even though they had ebola because they hadnt developed a fever ye and theh didnt report any illness..still, it is better than doing nothing.keeping out wanlweyns-good luck with that.
