Well observed. If she walked in Manhattan, I doubt she would have got much attention. She had to walk through an area with a large Kneegrow population that have an obsession with voluptuous women.BaastoUnit wrote:According to some people in new york she chose some streets rife with unemployment and drug use.rag dariqa fadhiya oo nolosha ka dhacay arent necessarily examples of male harrassment.the qashin lookin women now thinks she is important cuz some guys in the back blocks spoke.there are mnay places in the world where she would go unoticed.

How is this harassment? People will complain about anything. Donate kulaha, exactly for what? for men not to notice women? You want my hard earned money. SMH.

When you wear clothes that reveal (and, let's face it, enhance) your figure, for every guy that is vocal ("DAMN MAMI U LOOKN GUD!") there are more who are thinking the same.

Good lookin Baasto.
I don't think it was a huge deal, I don't take the video seriously nor the pathetic attempt for donations. However my point still stands. Women get cat-called and men are thirsty. It gets annoying.
Whether one wears an cabayad, jeans, tights or a dress, there are losers who will bother you. Men don't get to experience that, so of course it sounds like women are just complaining.
There were polite people, and it's not fair to have call it harassment.

Re: 10 Hours of Walking in NYC as a Woman
I have seen a black delivery guy hit on this fat ass cute Somali girl right as I was walking towards her direction, the look on her face was hilarious but she completely ignored him. Had I done it to her she would have a conversation with me at the very least.
So it isn't harassment because one guy could do it and the woman will want it, and another guy does it she flees harassed.
Anyway who walks for 10 hours ?

It is very annoying when grown black american guys yell, follow, and beg for your number. I always wonder why they are so bored because other grown men are busy with their families or work. Black American guys will bother girls any day of the week on streets, grocery story, mail boxes, while driving or walking. I usually try to avoid going near them. It is just annoying when you have errands and things to do to stop to explain yourself to a bored person holding a wall on street corners Mon-Fri. But Somali American guys usually save hollering for the weekend when they are holding the wall at weddings and concerts. Holding walls should be on weekends only. Others guys also wait for the weekend events too. There is a time and a place for everything.

You will never see a nun getting harassed or hijabi except in the Middle East.what do you expect Dabo iyo naaso banaanka, waran of course wala salaamayaa whether she likes it or not

Re: 10 Hours of Walking in NYC as a Woman
Why do black men come across as sexual predators when concerning the opposite sex? 90% of that so called "harassment" was done by black men. Utter embarrassment.
Another question, was that an actual harassment? I mean other than the creepy guy who followed her for five minutes and few other sexualized slurs can that be classed as legit harassment?
