Nicknamed Warsame the ambassador has close connection to Somalia as he graduated from Jamaacada Ummada so he had the will and desire to give out charity to drought stricken Somalis. So stop trolling you dumb Somalis. Chinese government are busy making investment and infrastructure deals they don't have time to think about 20,000 dollars.
