Fact of the matter is, it's Somali's facilitating killing each other, and inviting others to kill them. The problem isn't the Ethiopians or AMISOM, it's Somali's

I don't recall AMISOM being in Bosaso, Burco, las Qori it's best not to tar with the same brush. It's quite evident who's holding somalia back. All the federal regions are formed or in the process except gobolada dhexe, it's evident that the lawlessness & fighting mostly stems from the gobolada dhexe. My observations leads me to conclude that a select group from gobolada dhexe who are the majority in that region want to hold the somali people & country hostage using the aid they receive in their name by bribing, running a mock, displaying utter disregard for the rule of law.

Wallahi, ICU was the best hope for Xamar, they weren't as extreme as Alshabab, and they brought real peace to the city for the first time since Siyaad Barre. Their only problem was that they got cocky, and thought God would send down bolts of lightening against Ethiopian tanks. It was sad reading about how they were mowed down.

ICU comprised of a coalition of moderates and extreme groups like Alshabab. Some of these extreme groups often acted independently in certain situations. Secondly didnt Alshabab also bring stabillity and in fact assist in enterprises and farming. Sure their taxing was countereffective in recent times but thats because they are running dry and are fighting a war. They are as good as anything the ICU have to offer except that they are more extreme in foreign policy.
