If you were British or Swedish or Malaysian or Turkish you'd have a point. All those countries have up and downs. Nobody has as much downs as Somalia, though. It is the single most failed country on earth and it is self-inflicted. If you are OK with that then fair enough, but I am not. In fact things seem to be getting worse and worse. And now the recent problems in SL have made me think that maybe Somalis are not compatible with statehood. Maybe we need to split up into city-states like the ancient greeks and every qolo has his own independent tuulo and magaalo.

BTW Japan maybe ahead of Somalis technologically but I would rather live in Somalia. It has a very oppressive and rigid culture where change and independent thinking are frowned upon.

the comparison is unfair though. they have a larger population, 125 million compared to Somalis 11 million (homeland) and 21 million overall.

they also have superior education and political system. They don't have idiotic qabils and they are very industrious and hardworking compared to Somalis who are lazy.

Somalis are braindead too while Japanese use their superior intelligence to develop new technologies for the world.

the only thing somalis have advantage of is the dont have an aging population so they will have a stronger workforce than Japan in 100 years. other than that Somalis and Japanese are not in the same league
