oo daarood maxay nagala maqanyihiin

If that was the case why not name a habargedir as the prime minister so it can become a Hawiye government exclusively and make the speaker of the parliament a Xawaadle Lol reerku wa u dhanyahay and gaaljecel the commander of the armed forces . 4.5 was designed like this Hawiye to always get the president the darood the prime minister the digil and mirifle the speaker the dir to to get the deputy prime minister an important minister.

If hawiye won the civil war, (the games of thrones) they could have done that ,but its impossible the IC will not allow that particularly the European Union and the United states will not allow that and because they pay the salary the Europeans they cant design the internal make up of the government 4.5 is Law and remains law for the time being. The Tigres in Ethiopia won the civil war in Ethiopia in 1991 and forced the Amhara to submit, the Americans cant force the Tigrens to reform and give Amhara important position in the EPRDF. Because they have the cards control the Land in Ethiopia and won the war.

If the Hawiyes won the games of throne and were not relying on General Bahuku and the Norwegians they could have shown the AMERICANS AND THE EUROPEANS THE MIDDLE FINGER. i will give u an example when Caydiid was the leader of the USC and he was trying to control the food supply in Somalia and the Americans wanted to stop him he showed them the middle finger because he was not relying on them he even courageously brought their Military helicopters. That was because he wasn't their product the current government was given legitimacy by the US in 2012 and not by the Somalis or Hawiyes to begin with.

The Americans gave the legitimacy because they were optimistic and because the Americans try to make something out of it their hope was that it would succeed but the real problems have never really addressed. Somali Sovereignty cease to exist in 1991 Today Kenya wants to steal Somali waters there are African Union troops IGAD influence is honored , what Sovereignty are we speaking off. But the Americans wanted to reward because Somalia ended the transition and gave the current government recognition in the hope it becomes something. But Somalis never change

They lost the war against Abgaal , the HG was very powerful in the 1990s but Abgaal majeerteen and DM ganged uppon them. HG had colonies inside Somalia from Kismayo to Marka. caydiid was the closest messiah to the HG but he could not defeat Abgaal altogether, in the 1990s. The Abgaal re took Mogadishu back in the wars in 2006

They all fear HG and wont vote. Its the 4.5 what keeps HG out
Jabardi fear influense D&M even DIR this days won't vote for HG.

So HG uses xoog against all odds that is the reason why they front line border of Jilib and few days ago goobaale and shabaab collided. HG focus is now Xoog and not 4.5 politics

Aslong as somalia continues to use the flawed 4.5 formula, we will never reach our potential. With that said both the president and prime minister are acting like divas, either solve ur problems/compromise with the intention of the greater good or go seperate ways. I wish there was a plan to impeach both their asses and put forward capable people.

A question about 4.5.

If it is comprised of Dir, Darood, Hawiye, Isaaq + minorities, then how come the Isaaq politicians fall under Dirty Waqooyi? Unless I am wrong and it's Dir, Darood, Hawiye, Rahanweyn + minorties? If it's the latter, then no wonder Isaaq have no interest in the konfurians.
