i think basra has point when she says people have to wonder and say why is it they are hated so much since the dawn of time they have been prosicuted by every civalisation and nearly every religion, but why??


the reason i believe is this is so is because of their characteristic and how they deal with "Others", Jews are not like Muslims or christians in that their religion is exclusive its not really a faith but rather lineage of the CHOSEN ones, and they see the rest of humanity as Others who are there to serve Gods people.


having this being the case what also doesnt help them is their well known characteristics of acting like leaches by leaches i mean they attach themselves to well off civalisation/kingdom and they eventually take over and sukc it dry, once the ideginous people realise this they usually just massacre them and hence the jews move off and find new people to share bed with.


Also jews never ever assimilate because how could they assumilate with their servants, but they are cleverly because they make themselves appear to be assimilating when in reality they live in their own spheres.

Whats wrong with that.
First of all those figures are made up and wrong, they do not come from sources in the area.
The jews of Medina were expeled because they made a treaty with the other communities of Medina and broke it.
This treaty stipulated that jews have to defend Medina against outside agression, but doesnt compell them to allied with the muslims.
The jews found the growing muslim community threatening because the muslims started competing in trade, stopped taking interest bearing loans,
and helped each other repay each muslims loans.
The jews held a commanding position in Medina, they made up less than a 5th of the population but they held allot of influence because they benefitted from the civil wars of the main arab tribes Aws and Khazraj.
They lent both sides long term loans to finance the war.
Jewish Metalsmiths made the weapons(Swords, Armour) and sold it to both sides and both sides depended on the jews for political advice.

Then here comes prophet Mohamed in a few days of his arrival the 30 year civil war is over, there is peace. The tribes started to look towrds the prophet for mediation of conflicts instead of the jews.
Muslim refugees started competing in the market place, and refused to borrow money from jews.
What troubled them the most was that the muslim population was multyplying at an exponential rate.
From the couple of dozen refugees that arrived from mecca, the muslim numbers were doubling monthly as the Pagan tribes converted.
The jews were not worryed about the tiny number of muslims, but they knew that at that rate they themselveswill become a small minorty with diminshed economic and political power.

The jews were not killed in medina but expelled.after they secretly allied with the Meccans in the Battle of the Trench, and attacked without warning from the back those they had a treaty with.
The killings happened in Khaiber and other jewsih settlemenst, in later campaigns.




The 900 killed is probably from a different historical event that was confused with the period.
A few hundred years before 900 jewish fighters were surrounded in a mountain fort by Romans and refused to surrender, and were massacred.
This was Masada. This was confused with Khaiber becuase it is not a coincidence that the number of jews killed are the same.
The names of all the jewish charecters are the same in both stories.
All that was done was substitute Muslims for romans, and Khaiber for Masada.
Except for this there is no other historic source about what happened,
and Dhuuses friends in Answering-Islam.com, and Jihadwatch do not care about historical accuracy.



Walahi its so sad that muslims are so disorganized, in issues like this they can win easy victories.
They can sue these people for defamation, they probably wont win
but they will scare them because they can the support most of the leading Historians in Western universities.

first, well said duqa, tan labaad i would like to add this, i read the people from jihadwatch.com and answering islam quoting hadith bukhari to back up the killing of the jews and the muslims dividing the booty and women among themselves (the hadith goes to add the prophet married one of captuted jew ladies dont wether it is true or not). now am not well versed on the bukhari hadith collection but i am quite sure it is mentioned somewhere some incident took place during that era where jews numbering almost six hundred were killed for breaching the rules in the treaty of hudeybiya (i think). am more than positive dhuso will quote the same xadith (dont know wether it is bogus or guinuine) to defend his assertations.

I read a detailed historical account about this. This event (the killing of the Jews in Medina) is first reported in historical accounts some 150 years after the death of the Prophet. That the Jews were driven from Medina is not in dispute. But that they were killed may well have been a fabrication. The only evidence of anyone killed was the leader of the Jews, who was according to accounts of the time, beheaded. Mohammed took his wife as a concubine, not a wife, according to this account. I'd have to go look for it to get all the details. According to the account I read, a much latter Khalif invented the killing story to justify massacres against Jews which he had himself ordered.

Excuse but in the Quran it says:

" Allah has cursed the Jews and hardened their hearts.” 5:12-13

“Allah has cast enmity and hatred among the Jews” . 5:64

“Allah stamped wretchedness upon the Jews because they killed the prophets and disbelieved Allah's revelations.” 2:61

“Jews are the greediest of all humankind. And each one would love to have the life of 1000 years” 2:96

There are so many quotes about Jews (and Christians also) in the Quran.
