Evol: So I am not alone on the tragus piercing being painful. I stuck with it for 5 months. No more piercing for me now, just only my ears.

For your CV try different courses run by your local authority or libraries? You could revisit QMUL and ask to assist/shadow a lecturer or a prof? Volunteering opportunities? They're not exciting but pretty decent to have on your CV and certainly better than nothing,

As a matter of fact, I've done just that lol. Reason why I made this thread. I signed up to my local agency two weeks ago, spoke with the advisor this monday looking over my CV amongst other stuff and they're organising some work experience in my local councils housing benefits department and library. I'm also starting a first aid course. Sent a few emails out for shadowing. I've finally signed on and I have a meeting for that tomorrow. Image
