No mate, you misunderstood. Silanyo is not giving more money to his supporters. But instead he is playing it smart. The people of Baligubadle wanted to build a road for a while. But Silanyo does not choose the roads he wants to build. For example he built the road to erigavo, which silanyo has little support, and the road joining salaxley to hergeisa, again silanyo does not have a lot of support in these areas. But on the other hand he has not built any roads for togdheer, his home region.
What u need to undrestand is the government don't just build roads, most roads are privately funded, so all the government does is add a top up. The people of Baliguduble done well raising money to build a road, and all silanyo did is wait for the right moment to give them the extra funding.
