No, It is very unlikely that he is Galjecel. Galjecel have strong accent which is very noticeble and much different from other reer Hiiraan accents. He is probalbly Dir because his home Town is Deefoow which predominantly Dir Deegaan. He does'nt have Hawadle accent either.

Dude, he ain't Surre, the Dirs of Deefow and Kabxanley. The Faqi Maxamed settle in Deefow, the Faqi Cumar Qubeys settle in Kabxanley. They are Sufi Faqis and it is obvious that he is Bantu.
