light skinned girls are better looking. But I've seen some ugly light skinned girls aswell.
But I've seen some fine dark skinned sisters too.
What I'm trying to say is not all light skinned girls are good looking.

finally someone that speaks in relative terms and not absolute, most light skinned are better looking than dark skinned but there are some dark skinned girls that just blow everyone out of the water, just look at all the somali models not a single light skin in there

That is a lie, I know one somali girl from my neighbourhood, that is one of the lightest somalis I have ever seen. Then I noticed she's even gone lighter,
then my sister told me she started bleaching.

I don't know why somali girls do it but light skinned, dark skinned...
they all do it. Especially the ones back home.

Good points made walal, but I think it works both ways, no? If both races are well-informed of the risks of these procedures and they pursue them regardless, then the individuals are wrong. Society might pressure them but ultimately the decision lies with the individual.

That is a lie, I know one somali girl from my neighbourhood, that is one of the lightest somalis I have ever seen. Then I noticed she's even gone lighter,

But can you blame her for doing it? We have individuals such as yourself who make ignorant statements like "light skin girls are more attractive" so can you really blame them for just trying to be attractive? It's stupid and it will hurt them in the end but it's their choice.

True. In the end, the only ones that'll be at health risk will be the individual but I'm just sick and tired of double standards. It's not okay for white girls to tan and it's not okay for black girls to bleach.

there is a BIG difference between those two things. tanning is natural, whilst bleaching is a bunch of chemicals you put on your body. tanning is beneficial (vitamin D and all), whilst bleaching has no benefits what so ever. Fake tanning, and tanning beds on the other hand are bad for you, but still no where close to bleaching your skin.

also sun-tanning isnt permanent like bleaching but something white people do seasonally you cant compare the two, white is right, black dont crack

but you can't get through to some of them, growing up in a white world did a number on some of these people. they are obsess with anything white, or close to white. whenever i see a somali say they have white features or are arab i want to just drop kick them right in the face. like.....
