the back of the neck tattoos i can hide with my hair obviously, the foot one i can hide because...i don't walk around barefoot at work. and anything around the ribs or back i can hide because I'm not naked at work.......

It's impermissible, I think because of it's permanency, Somali women have always decorated their skin but with temporal mixes like Henna and whatnot, Tattoos are a no-no imo.
Oh unlike henna, getting a tattoo is a PERMANENT change of the body/skin that God gave you. We should be thankful for what He has given to us, and we shouldn't try to change it. On top of that, you cannot pray when as long as you have one. For example,nail polish must be removed before prayer, well it's the same with a tattoo, which is not removable.

Who is that bantu Somali with all those tattoos on his body? Having Somali symbolism doesn't make it any less acceptable. Do u know that if u die-no respectable muslim will pray on your dead body? LOOOOOOOOL
