Inadeer you need to associate with people who speak good Somali. I was in the same situation about 7 years ago. I write poetry and stuff now days

I can read and speak it just fine...you can type whatever and I can follow. Just writing still gives me a little trouble. Plus my husband is somewhat a late comer and can speak and write fluently...so I have my own personal tutor.

Half caste hyper with his Arab mum speaks better Somali than all of the Canadian Somalis combined.(minus Lillahiya who had her nan growing up & Kenya raised Tuushi)

its little insulting but thank you. i cant speak somali if depends on my life. i cannot pronounce it. not proud of it either.

every language writting broken language is easier than pronoucing it wrong. even english i would hate to be forced to speak it. horouble pronouncation.
