Qurilugud has an unfinished school with noo jiingad, balidhiig, dhoqoshey is the same. Wallahi there are videos of them asking for jiingad in youtube over two years ago. I could not make this stuff up. The mentally ill man aka Faysal Cali waraabe has been more useful to that tuulo in the video in a single visit than Siilanyo's government has been in 4 years! He promised to finished the school, told them to give him a quote of how much it will cost, and took it a step further by personally taking it upon himself to pay the fees of 10 kids. Now, faysal being a mad man, one must take everything he says with pinch of salt. But nevertheless, this shows how useless this government has been to some regions. The same regions daily accused of benefiting from Siilanyo's administration.

Both Dhagaxdheer and Dheryeley schools have jiingad more than a decade ago. Check out the link below to see Dhagaxdheer school which was built in 2003.

The running cost of Dhagaxdheer school is 25,000$ per annum and for Dheryeley school it is 16,000$ and Tallo-buur school is underway. The funny thing is although Somaliland government doubled the salary of teachers but Mr. President subclan tuulos' teachers salary are paid by diaspora not by the government.

I went to taalobuur 10 years ago, that town was tabliiqs headquarters, I was with the tabliiqs, sheikh ismael (the grand tabliiq ayatullah) was there. we eated a lots hilib geel there and prayed countless salaats lool. There was little maqaaxi south east of the mosque, we (me and some others from hargeisa and Djibouti) bought a bundle of khat and midhadh sigaara we were hiding from other tabliiqs.
