No. Going around Camden, Woolwich, Wembley and other areas in Inner London with large Somali populations will prove this. I've been to London more times than I can count and it's a reality that I've always seen. There are times that I have been harassed for 50p or 1 pound on the street. johnson i was there in jane and finch in 2011 most of them were unemployed small time dealers who sold weed and small rocks to neighbourhood junkies. not even big amounts small stuff and yes they all were using foos cards to exchange for money so they can buy cigarettes when they were broke, i seen it with my own eyes
