Someone needs to get rid of this old uneducated idiot.
Silanyo made a mistake by having people who never studied politics in his cabinet.

But they are all the Same; UCID, Wadani and Kulmiye. Less than 5% of them studied politics, or anything similar.

Jamal is educated, but he studied accounting, which does not relate to politics.
Kulmiye has a few educated men.
Dr Sacad Ali Shire has a Phd.
Silanyo also has a PHD in Economics.

As For Wadani, I know Cirro studied Accounting and Business.
And Faisal Ali Warabe studied Engineering.

Somaliland has a lot of Talented and Educated people who are not involved in Politics. I think a lot of these older guys need to go, and they should bring in young educated men, who have studied Politics or something that relates to politics.
