Nice list sxb. But that's why I said we need to put some safe guards in place to make sure this kinda thing never happens.

Somalia is just coming back from 20+ yrs of civil war, so ofcourse, we won't be in the same level as the U.S. But we are slowly getting there.

Even if u look at our next door neighbors who had peace, corruption is very high.
