That depends on the age of menarche which varies and can occur after 15. Don't speak for everyone.
In the case of this girl I suppose so. However, at that age you are under the impression that older guys are beyond creepy. I was way more concerned about videogames in those days. People didn't start paying attention until my late teens. That was 10 years ago.
Alas, no one is looking at us old timers like they used to, especially our peers because they know when we went to high school.

Depends on where you live, 16 in most places like UK, Norway, 15 in places like Sweden, France, 14 in places like Italy, Germany, Portugal, and 13 in Spain
Ireland has the oldest age of consent in Europe, 17
So, Addow, I think you are legally in the clear
